VISO Appoints Rachael Hosken Ruddick as Chief Marketing Officer, Marking First Female Executive Team Member

VISO announces the appointment of Rachael Hosken Ruddick as Chief Marketing Officer. This appointment marks the first female executive role on VISO’s leadership team, underscoring the company’s commitment to diversity, innovation, and global brand excellence.
In her new role, Ruddick will work closely with the President, Tzetzy Naydenova, and the executive team on global brand strategy, marketing, communications, and partnerships, as VISO continues its expansion across key markets including Canada, the US, Europe and Middle East.

Ruddick’s appointment is underpinned by over two decades of executive experience with LVMH, working in Australasia, the UK, Europe, South America, and the US, leading initiatives that bridged global brand vision with local market nuances. Her career spans across brand building, strategic marketing, and creative direction across some of the world’s most respected luxury houses.
Her business achievements are complemented by an innate understanding of luxury and creativity. Rachael's work has been published multiple times in leading international titles including Elle Decor, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper, and Vogue, affirming her reputation at the intersection of design, culture, and high-end lifestyle.
Ruddick’s global outlook is supported by formal business education through IHTTI Lausanne and Cornell University, as well as an MBA from Macquarie University.
