This year, VISO is extremely excited to announce that we will be sponsoring the Women Empowerment Awards here in Toronto.

Celebrating Women's Achievements and upliftin others is what the Women Empowerment Awards is all about. They recognize the achievements of professional women leaders, in all industries, from all walks of life. Their mission is to elevate and empower women to not only inspire others, but to provide a supportive community as well. 

VISO, led by Tzetzy, has a nurturing and encouraging environment that provides training to advocate and encourage growth. She is a well-known women leader and pioneer in the design & architecture industry, where she also mentors yound and upcoming women designers. With endless opportunities to be their true personal and professional selves, the women at VISO are unstoppable. 

My advice for the younger generation of female professionals who are looking to jumpstart their career is to really follow your instinct. That if you have an opportunity to get something better that's going to advance your career, take that leap of faith and take the opportunity. Don't be afraid, fear is not going to lead you anywhere. Take that leap of faith, trust the process. (...) one example I can give you is that when you do that, the universe will serve you with what is supposed to be exactly for you at that particular moment. And you never know, that might just be a leadershp role in a very large company.
